TNW1PF4E8: 4-port 2M optical + 8-port E1/T1 electrical interface board
The PF4E8 board provides four 2 Mbit/s optical ports and eight E1/T1 electrical ports. The board can be used on the WDM equipment to support the upstream/downstream processing of PDH signals, and the access and processing of eight E1/T1 signals. In addition, the board can transparently transmit 2 Mbit/s optical signals to the peer equipment over a long distance, and process and transmit C37.94 optical signals.
The PF4E8 consists of an interface unit, a CODEC unit, a mapping/demapping unit, a logic control unit, and a power supply unit.
