TNV5T404Q01 Is Huawei OptiX OSN 9800 OTN Tributary Board
Huawei OptiX OSN 9800 OTN Tributary Board TNV5T404Q01 03033AMK Overview
TNV5T404Q01: 4*100G Tributary Service Processing Board(QSFP28)
Each port on the T404 board can be used as a tributary port or a line port.
The T404 board consists of a client-side optical module, signal processing module, control and communication module, and power supply module.
This topic describes the T404 board parameters that can be set or queried using the NMS.
In addition to logical ports on the T404 board, this topic describes how the physical ports on the board are displayed on the NMS.
Functions and Features of the TNV5T404Q01 Board
Function and Feature |
Description |
Backplane capacity |
The total bandwidth is 400 Gbit/s. NOTE: Supports backplane cross-connections of four ODU4/ODU3/ODUflex signals from/to the cross-connect board. |
Client-side service type |
|
Service mapping mode |
|
FEC coding |
|
OTN overhead |
NOTE: Supports overhead processing defined by ITU-T G.709. The service mapping process complies with ITU-T G.709 and G.Sup43. |
Maximum frame length for a port |
1518 to 9600 Bytes, supports a jumbo frame with a maximum length of 9600 bytes. |

|
ODUk SNCP |
Supported NOTE:
|
Tributary SNCP |
Supported |
Electrical-layer ASON |
Supported |
L1 service encryption |
Supported NOTE: When receiving OTU4 services on the client side, the board does not support the encryption. |
ALS |
Supported on the client side when non-OTN services are received. |
LLDP |
When the client-side service type is 40GE/100GE, the board supports the LLDP function. NOTE: When the service mapping mode is MAC transparent mapping, the LLDP mode of the port is the Receive mode by default. In this case, LLDP packets are not transparently transmitted. |
Physical clock |
|
IEEE 1588v2 |
Supports this function when receiving100GE(MAC transparent mapping) services on the client side. |
ITU-T G.8275.1 |
Supports this function when receiving100GE(MAC transparent mapping) services on the client side. |
ITU-T G.8273.2 |
Supported NOTE: The board does not support ITU-T G.8273.2 when the system control board is U2CTU. |
Outband DCN |
Supportes when the client-side service type is OTU4. |
Test frame |
When the client-side service type is 40GE/100GE, the board supports test frame. NOTE: For Ethernet test frames, only one interface can be used to send them at a time. |
