TNU4UCXCS: Universal Cross Connect Board
The TNU4UCXCS board grooms and protects ODUk (k = 0, 1, 2, 2e, 3, 4, or flex), Packet, VC-4 and OSUflex signals within a subrack.
The TNU4UCXCS board supports back-to-back mode in the cluster system when used with U64/U32 enhanced devices.
The UCXCS board provides external ports.
UCXCS board is a cross-connect board. The UCXCS board grooms and protects ODUk (k = 0, 1, 2, 2e, 3, 4, or flex), Packet, VC-4 and OSUflex signals within a subrack.
When two U32 Enhanced subracks or two U64 Enhanced subracks are configured in a B2B mode, one subrack can be configured with TNU3UCXCS boards and the other subrack can be configured with TNU1UCXCS boards.
