TNG3SL41O: 8 x STM-4/STM-1 processing board

The SL41O optical interface board is a SDH board and used on the WDM/OTN equipment to receive and transmit eight STM-4/STM-1 optical signals. The SL41O board converts the received optical signals into electrical signals and sends the electrical signals to the cross-connect side. In addition, the SL41O board converts the electrical signals from the cross-connect side into optical signals and transmits the optical signals.

The SL41O board mainly consists of the line-side optical module, SDH processing module, control and communication module, and power supply module.

Processes the section overheads of STM-n (n = 1, 4) signals. Supports transparent transmission and termination of path overheads. Supports setting and query of J0/J1/C2 bytes. Supports ECC communication. Supports DCC transparent transmission for a maximum of any eight ports. Bytes D1-D3 and D4-D12 are transparently transmitted. NOTE: Deleting a logical port that receives STM-n (n = 1, 4) services interrupts DCN communication on the port.
