The TNG2DAP board has only one variant: TNG2DAP.

The TNG2DAP board can be used with the 9800 M05 subrack.

The TNG2DAP board newly supports the optical ASON function in super C-band.

Pluggable amplifier optical module	Supports 96 wavelengths optical amplifier modules: TN52OACE101/TN52OACE105/TN52OACE106/TN52OACE107/TN52OACE108 TNG3OACE101/TNG3OACE105/TNG3OACE106/TNG3OACE107/TNG3OACE108 TNG3OBCE106 Supports 120 wavelengths optical amplifier modules: TNG1OACU21S/TNG1OACU25S/TNG1OACU32S TNG2OACU21S/TNG2OACU25S/TNG2OACU32S/TNG2OACU14S/TNG2OACU25H/TNG2OACU32H TNG2OBCU22S Supports single-wavelength OA modules: TNG3PA30 (center wavelength: 1550.12 nm). Optical-layer features such as ALC, IPA, and OD are not supported. NOTE: The TNG3OBCE106 and TNG2OBCU22S modules cannot be installed in V100R21C10SPC300 and earlier versions.
Working mode	Supports the gain locking, power locking and APC modes. In the gain locking mode, the gain of the board is tunable and the user can query the actual gain of the board. The gain locking mode is enabled by default. The power locking mode is used to lock the output power of the board in scenarios in which only dummy lights are present. Automatic Power Control (APC) is one type of power locking modes. Compared with traditional power locking, APC gradually increases optical power and has no light output if no light input is present.
