The Cisco Nexus 3064 switches provide Layer 2 and 3 switching of up to 1.2 terabits per second (Tbps) and more than 950 million packets per second (Mbps) in a compact 1RU form factor.
The Cisco Nexus 3000 Series Switches are a series of switches for data centers launched by Cisco. They have extremely low latency characteristics and can increase the processing speed of data transactions. This is very important for application scenarios that are sensitive to network latency (such as high-frequency trading) and can increase the revenue of related businesses.
All ports can provide line-speed 10 Gigabit Ethernet switching functions. For example, a compact 1RU (rack unit) switch can provide up to 1.2Tbps switching capacity and more than 950Mpps (million packets per second) layer 2/3 switching capabilities. Supporting the 40GbE standard, it has good scalability and can meet the needs of future network bandwidth growth.
