Maximum port density	If all LPUs are CE-L48GT-EC cards: The CE12804/CE12804S chassis provides a maximum of 192 GE ports. The CE12808/CE12808S chassis provides a maximum of 384 GE ports. The CE12812 chassis provides a maximum of 576 GE ports. The CE12816 chassis provides a maximum of 768 GE ports.
High GE port density (48xGE)	The 48 GE ports comply with 10BASE-T, 100BASE-T, and 1000BASE-T standards. The GE ports can use Category 5 or Category 5e cables with a maximum transmission distance of 100 m.
