TNV7T402 Is Huawei OSN 9800 OTN 100G Tributary Board
Huawei OSN 9800 100G Tributary Board TNV7T402 Overview
TNV7T402: 2*100G Tributary Service Processing Board(QSFP28)
The TNV7T402 board has only one variant: TNV7T402Q01.
The TNV7T402 board is the 100G Tributary Service Processing Board. Each port on the T402 board can be used as a tributary port or a universal line port, which supports hybrid transmission of OTN and SDH services.
There are indicators and interfaces on the front panel of the T402 board.
Each port on the T402 board can be used as a tributary port or a universal line port, which supports hybrid transmission of OTN and SDH services.
The T402 board consists of a client-side optical module, signal processing module, control and communication module, and power supply module.
The transmit and receive directions are defined in the signal flow of the T402 board. The transmit direction is defined as the direction from the backplane to the WDM side of the board, and the receive direction is defined as the reverse direction.
The following describes the signal flow in the transmit direction along with the module functions.
The TNV7T402 board newly supports SDH ASON function when being used with the TNU2CTU/TNU4CTU/TNU5CTU/TNG1CXP/TNG3CXP/TNG4CXP board.
Function and Feature
Function and Feature |
Description |
Backplane capacity |
The total bandwidth is 200 Gbit/s. NOTE: Supports backplane cross-connections of two ODU4/ODU3/ODUflex signals from/to the cross-connect board. |
Client-side service type |
Flexible Ethernet service (FlexE) service:
OTN service:
Ethernet service:
NOTE: The client-side port type is QSFP4*28G by default, and the access service type can be set to 100GE or OTU4. If other client-side services need to be transmitted or received, the port type must be changed. |
Service mapping mode |
|
FEC coding |
|
OTN overhead |
|
Maximum frame length for a port |
1518 to 9600 Bytes, supports a jumbo frame with a maximum length of 9600 bytes. |
LPT |
Not supported |
Client 1+1 protection |
Supported NOTE: When FlexE services are received on the client side: The line board that works with the V8T402 board does not support intra-board 1+1 protection. The board does not support client 1+1 protection. Does not support client 1+1 protection when an MPO optical module is used on the client side to receive services. |
ODUk SNCP |
Supported NOTE:
|
Tributary SNCP |
Supported |
Electrical-layer ASON |
Supported |
L1 service encryption |
Supported NOTE: Client-side port encryption is supported in the case of 40GE/100GE services. ClientLP port encryption is supported in the case of FlexE services. |
ALS |
Supported on the client side when non-OTN services are received. |
LLDP |
Supported on the client side when ethernet services are received. NOTE:
|
Physical clock |
|
IEEE 1588v2 |
Supports this function when receiving 100GE(MAC transparent mapping) services on the client side. |
ITU-T G.8275.1 |
Supports this function when receiving 100GE(MAC transparent mapping) services on the client side. |
ITU-T G.8273.2 |
Supported NOTE:
|
Outband DCN |
Supported communication over ESCs when the client-side service type is OTU4. |
Test frame |
Supports test frames when receiving 40GE/100GE services on the client side. NOTE: For Ethernet test frames, only one interface can be used to send them at a time. |
PRBS |
Supported NOTE: The PRBS function in the optical port direction is supported only when the client-side service type is OTU4 . |
Latency measurement |
|
Channel loopback |
Not supported |
Port loopback |
NOTE: The board supports ODUk inloop and ODUk outloop only when non-OTN services are received, the port working mode is non-convergence, and bidirectional cross-connections are configured. When the service type is set to None, Inloop, Outloop, and ODUk Outloop are not supported. When non-OTN services are received, the PRBS in the backplane direction can be used only with ODUk loopback. |
FlexE group loopback |
